VIEW AND INTEGRATE - VCAP MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY

1.   DEVELOPER INFORMATION.
This mobile app has been developed by VIEW AND INTEGRATE BV.  For any enquiries regarding data privacy or the processing thereof, please contact dpo@viewandintegrate.be.

2.   PERSONAL DATA.
There is no personal data that shall be collected by this application directly.  It will utilise, process and store data associated with your account including user ID, first name, last name (surname), e-mail address and mobile telephone number.

3.   PERSONAL DATA HANDLING. 
Data is processed in line with the processing principles of lawfully and fairly, limited to specified purposes, the least amount required, accurately, kept for minimum time and subject to integrity and confidentiality.  With appropriate technical and organisational measures in regards to access control, duty segregation and data classification (with associated safeguards), and the applicability of the processing principles, overall secure handling of personal data of all types is assured.

3a.   SUB PROCESSORS
No Subprocessors are uitilized. 

4.   DATA RETENTION
Data shall be retained for the period in which the account is used and the customer has a subscription / service with VIEW AND INTEGRATE BV.  Destruction of such data held therein shall take place upon either of i) notification of the app's removal from the designated mobile device or ii) request from the subscriber, neither case of which shall conflict with VIEW AND INTEGRATE BV's regulatory responsibilities.
